Here at Sticker’D we offer a commercial and household tint service, these come in 3 types, privacy tint, solar tint & frosting. These films come in 760mm to 1520mm widths and are designed to give privacy to rooms or buildings, it comes in various shades of tint and has UV blocking properties (Solar and Privacy only).
Solar Tinting Service.
Unlike privacy tint Solar tint can also prevent heat from building up in rooms with Windows that face the sun, up to 65% of the heat is blocked, lowering the temperature in the room and protecting items and furniture from.the effects of sun bleaching (fading) . Ever left something plastic on a window sill for a prolonged period , well you’ll notice that the colour fades when you look at the side that’ been in the sunlight, this is true with fabrics too.

Example costing:
lets look at a window, 3 panes, 1 each side are openers and the main large pane is static.
The two opening windows are 920mm x 460mm these two would be £65.00 (x2) each, £120 in total.
The main window is 1300mm x 1700mm, the window pane requires the bigger film so is £97.50 x2 which is £195
The total cost is £315 including material and labour.
Window frosting.
Window frosting is a opaque film that adds privacy but allows natural light to pass through it, often used in glass office cubicles to add privacy. The film offers ultimate privacy to windows and cannot be seen through with any clarity even at night but still lets in light in the day. Has very little UV or Solar advantage over un-tinted windows.
It also has the added advantage of having a design or logo cut out of it before fitment and a lot of companies use this to promote their brand on window frontage or with in offices, can be used of doors or windows to create a very professional looking environment.
